Our Remote Office
Malden Manor, New Malden, London is our home but we choose not to have a high street office—our time is better spent with you and you shouldn't have to do the travelling! If we do need an office we work from Keller Williams.

What areas do you cover?
I live in Malden Manor and we mainly work in the New Malden/KT3/KT4 areas. We have extensive experience in Wimbledon, Kingston and as far out as Putney.
What services do you offer?
Although we’re small by design, Marcus Reilly is a full-service agency. As well as our properties for sale, we offer a full buying service and advice to general buyers. For landlords and tenants, we have a full lettings and property management portfolio.
Do you offer free valuations?
We provide comprehensive sales and rental valuations as part of our free ‘Discovery’ service. A valuation is just a number, an estimate — and an estimate without a strategy to achieve it is probably the wrong number.
Our Discovery approach is designed to make all our valuations as accurate as we can make them and agree a marketing approach to meet your needs.
Will I deal with you directly?
I have a small, trusted team to support me, but I will always be directly involved in your sale, purchase or letting. You won’t be handed off to a junior sales administrator or progressor.
How quickly can you get my home on the market?
We will start marketing your property as soon as you instruct us. We maintain lists of local, national and international buyers that we can contact directly. We’ll have your property up and listed on the portals within 48 hours of agreeing the photography and details.
